Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

No. Fabrics Closet offers guest checkout. Simply add pieces to your bag, enter your delivery details and place your order.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You receive a confirmation email immediately after placing a Cash on Delivery order, and after your payment is verified for UPI orders. You can also check any order on our Track Order page.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery. A handling fee of ₹49 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. UPI payments are processed securely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card details or banking credentials.

My UPI payment was deducted but the order is not confirmed. What now?

Confirmations usually arrive within seconds. If your order still shows as awaiting payment after a few minutes, email care@fabricscloset.com with your order number and we will reconcile it. We never confirm an order until the payment is verified, so you are never charged for an unconfirmed order.

Pricing & Invoice

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The final payable amount, including any shipping or handling fee, is shown before you pay, and a GST invoice is issued for every order.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Enter a valid promo code in the order summary at checkout, and the discount is applied instantly to your total.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. A flat ₹79 applies below that. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and typically delivered in 3 to 9 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Use our Track Order page with your order number and email. Once shipped, you also receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and with tags intact. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and credited within 5 to 7 business days. Details are on our Refund Policy page.
