This website is owned and operated by Fabrics Shindey ("Fabrics Closet", "we", "us"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is true, current and complete.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to describe each product accurately, including fabric, fit and price. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual product due to display settings and photography. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors and withdraw any product from sale at any time.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
• The final payable amount, including any shipping charge and Cash on Delivery handling fee, is shown clearly before you confirm your order.
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order.
• Should a pricing error occur, we will inform you before processing and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once the order is placed. For UPI orders, the order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Payment

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps) and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments are processed securely by our payment gateway; we do not store your payment credentials. A handling fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders and is shown at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier or regional factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

8. Prohibited Use

• You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the website, or use automated means to scrape content.
• You may not resell products obtained through the website without our written consent.

We sell apparel only. We do not deal in prohibited or restricted goods of any kind, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, tobacco, alcohol, lottery or adult content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Fabrics Closet name, logo, text, design, layout and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Grievance Redressal

For complaints or concerns, please refer to our Grievance Redressal page, which names our Grievance Officer and our response commitment under the applicable IT Rules.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with this website or an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the current version. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
