We ship across India. Serviceability is checked at checkout using your pincode. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, you will be informed before payment.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from our location in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. For UPI orders, dispatch begins after payment is verified; for Cash on Delivery orders, after the order is confirmed.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

When your order ships, we email you the courier and a tracking link. You can also track any order at any time from our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund as appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please review your details carefully before placing your order.
